Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

1. 30-Day "No Worries" Change of Mind Returns

We want your Christmas and outdoor setup to look spectacular. If you receive your order and decide it isn't the right size or style for your home, you have 30 calendar days from delivery to return it for a full refund or exchange.

  • The item must be in brand new, unused condition in its original carton with all ground pegs, adapters, and manuals included.
  • We charge $0 restocking fees—you receive 100% of your purchase price back.
  • For change-of-mind returns, return postage is arranged by the buyer (for faulty or damaged items, we provide a free prepaid Australia Post return label).

2. 12-Month Local Australian Warranty

All Christmas lighting, solar panels, 3D LED motifs, inflatable blowers, and pre-lit trees purchased from Jolly Wonderland Australia are covered by our 12-Month Local Warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Covers LED controller faults, solar rechargeable battery/panel failures, SAA transformer issues, and inflatable air-blower motor faults under normal household use.
  • Fast local resolution from our Melbourne support team—no dealing with overseas manufacturers.

3. Easy 3-Step Warranty & Return Process

  2. Fast ApprovalWithin 24h: Our team reviews your request within 1 business day and sends a prepaid Australia Post return label if a return is required.
