1. 30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund.

2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items (100% Free Replacement)

If your product arrives damaged in transit, defective, or stops working under normal domestic use within 12 months, email support@jollywonderland.com with your order number and a quick photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a 100% full refund (including return postage at zero cost to you).

3. Refund Processing Time
