2. Orders, Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Melbourne (VIC) or Western Sydney (NSW) partner warehouses via Australia Post, Allied Express, or Aramex. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days for metro areas and 5–8 business days for regional areas.

3. Refunds, Returns & 12-Month Australian Warranty
